Bharti Telecom Limited (‘Company’ or ‘Issuer’) was incorporated on July 29, 1985 as public company limited by shares, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
Presently, it is engaged in the business activity of investment in the shares of telecommunication company viz. Bharti Airtel Limited.
The Company has obtained a certificate of registration dated January 15, 2019 bearing registration no. N-14.03465 issued by the RBI to carry on the activities of an NBFC (Non-Deposit taking Systemically Important Core Investment Company) under section 45 IA of the RBI Act, 1934.
The Company is having a valid Certificate of Registration dated 15-01-2019 issued by the Reserve Bank of India under section 45 IA Of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. However, RBI does not accept any responsibility or guarantee about the present position as to the financial soundness of the company or for the correctness of any of the statements or representations made or opinions expressed by the company and for the repayment of deposits/discharge of liabilities by the company.
